  • Privacy Policy
    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”). For example we use Wix for our ecommerce platform and use this database to store customer information. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
  • Shipping Policy
    All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please direct any questions to info@itzbutterwaffles.com How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Return Policy
    We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@itzbutterwaffles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. A: All washing instructions are on the tag of your apparel product. Q: Can I Return my item if its damaged? A: Please read the above section under Return Policy for more details.
